Data we collect

We only collect the data you give us through the contact form on the website: name, company (optional), email, phone (optional) and the message you send us. We do not collect sensitive data and we do not build user profiles.

Purpose of processing

We use this data solely to respond to your enquiry and, where appropriate, to continue the commercial conversation you have started. We do not use it for automated marketing and we do not share it with third parties for commercial purposes.

Legal basis

The legal basis for processing is your express consent when submitting the form, under article 6.1.a of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Retention

We keep your data for as long as needed to answer your enquiry or, if a commercial relationship starts, for its duration and the legal periods that apply afterwards. You can request deletion at any time.

Recipients

Data is handled by the Inteclia team. As data processor we use Resend (transactional email provider) to deliver your message to our inbox. We do not carry out international transfers outside the European Economic Area without appropriate safeguards.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, delete, object to and restrict the processing of your data, as well as data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email info@inteclia.com with your request. If you consider that processing does not comply with the rules, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Security

The website is served fully over HTTPS and we apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information you share with us. We only store what is strictly necessary.
